Introduction to ZU-H QU-H pressure line filter series
The ZU-H QU-H pressure line filter series are installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system, mainly used to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in hydraulic oil and gum, asphalt, carbon residue, etc. generated by the chemical changes of hydraulic oil itself. This helps to prevent valve core jamming, blockage of throttle hole gaps and damping holes, and rapid wear of hydraulic components from occurring.
Characteristics of ZU-H QU-H pressure line filter series
1. Efficient filtration: These two series of filters use high-precision filter elements, which can effectively remove impurities and particles in the liquid, ensuring the cleanliness and normal operation of the hydraulic system.
2. Differential pressure transmitter: When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to a certain extent, causing the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet to reach the set value (usually 0.35MPa), the filter will send a switch signal to remind users to replace the filter element in a timely manner to protect system safety.
3. Excellent material: The filter is usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel, which has characteristics such as corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for various harsh environments.
