Introduction to WY magnetic return filter series
The WY magnetic return filter series only has a small portion of the filter head connection exposed outside the tank, while the rest is mostly inside the tank, simplifying the system pipeline, making installation convenient, and the system arrangement compact and beautiful. In terms of structure, we have improved the huge structure of the original pipeline return oil filter. Considering that the hydraulic system still produces a large amount of ferromagnetic pollutants, before the return oil fine filtration, it is first subjected to magnetic filtration by a strong magnet, and then to secondary precision filtration.
WY magnetic return filter series features
The WY magnetic return filter series is equipped with a filter element pollution blockage detector and an oil circuit bypass valve. When the return oil pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the detector sends a switch signal or alarm, and the return oil pressure value can be directly read from the gauge of the detector to remind operators to replace the filter element in a timely manner, ensuring the cleanliness of the system oil. To replace the filter element, simply unscrew the filter end cover. When the return oil pressure rises to 0.4MPa, the bypass valve inside the filter automatically unloads to avoid excessive return oil pressure causing poor performance of the entire system.
