The RFA tank mounted mini-type return filter series is used for fine filtration of hydraulic system return oil, filtering out metal particles generated by component wear in the hydraulic system and rubber impurities in the sealing components, keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean.
This filter is installed on the top of the oil tank, with the cylinder partially immersed in the oil tank. It is equipped with bypass valves, diffusers, filter element pollution blockage detectors, and other devices. It has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, large oil flow capacity, small pressure loss, and convenient filter element replacement.

1. The RFA tank mounted mini-type return filter series is easy to install and connect, simplifying system pipelines:
This filter is directly installed on the fuel tank cover plate, with the filter head exposed outside the fuel tank, the return cylinder immersed in the fuel tank, and the oil inlet connected by a pipe and flange, thereby simplifying the system pipeline. Make the system layout more compact and installation and connection more convenient.
2. The RFA tank mounted mini-type return filter series is equipped with a filter element pollution detector and an oil circuit bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system;
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the inlet oil pressure to be 0.35Mpa, the signaling device will send a signal indication. The filter element should be replaced or the oil temperature should be raised in a timely manner. When it is not possible to immediately stop the machine to handle these faults, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4Mpa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
3. The RFA tank mounted mini-type return filter series is designed with a direct return oil filter, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or add oil to the fuel tank;
Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the tank. There are two M18x1.5 oil ports on the filter head, which can be installed on either side to send a transmitter or allow a small amount of oil to flow back to the tank for filtration in the system.
4. The RFA tank mounted mini-type return filter series has a liquid flow diffuser
The diffuser is installed at the bottom of the return oil cylinder, which can ensure that the medium of the return oil flows smoothly into the oil tank, avoiding the generation of bubbles, thereby reducing the re-entry of air and weakening the disturbance of accumulated pollutants.
5. The RFA series micro direct return oil filter element adopts glass fiber filtering material;
It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollution capacity. Its filtering accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtering accuracy, and the filtering ratio β 3, β 5, β 10, β 20 ≥ 200, filtration efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, evaluation method is ISO16889-99 and GB/T18853-2002.
