NJU tank mounted suction filter series

1. Easy installation and connection: This filter can be installed on the top or side of the fuel tank cover plate. The filter head of the filter is exposed outside the fuel tank, and the oil suction pipe is inserted into the oil from the top or side of the tank. The oil outlet is connected to the pump suction port. The 25-160L/min specification is equipped with a combination movable flange, and the connection height can be adjusted up and down to achieve full sealing of the fuel tank and further prevent pollutants from entering the tank.

2. Easy to clean or replace the filter element: When the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, the upper cover of the filter can be easily opened, the filter element can be taken out and cleaned or replaced with the accumulated dirt cup. After cleaning or replacing, it can be put back into use. After installing the cover, it can be put into use.

3. Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet isAt 0.018MPa, the transmitter sends a signal and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element at this time, the oil bypass valve located on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid oil pump suction and other faults.

4. Filter clogging transmitter: This transmitter is installed on the head cover of the filter. When the filter gradually becomes clogged, the vacuum degree and pollution situation at the outlet of the filter can be observed from the visual mirror of the transmitter. At the same time, it can also be powered on for transmission (signal value: vacuum 0.018MPa).

5. Equipped with a fouling cup: The working medium flows through the filter cartridge chamber, blocking pollutants that exceed the filtration accuracy of the filter cartridge and concentrating them in the fouling cup. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the accumulation cup is carried out with the filter element, and the filtered pollutants will not fall back into the fuel tank due to the replacement of the filter element.
