Usage of TYW high-precision oil filter

TYW high-precision oil filter is a device specifically designed for purifying lubricating oil in hydraulic machinery. Its main functions include removing impurities and moisture from the oil, preventing oil oxidation and acidity increase, thereby maintaining the lubrication performance of the oil and extending the service life of the equipment.

The usage method of TYW high-precision oil filter can be summarized as the following steps, which are based on the general process and precautions of oil filter operation, and combined with the characteristics of TYW high-precision oil filter:
1、 Preparation work
Equipment inspection: Before use, check whether all components of TYW high-precision oil filter are intact, especially key components such as vacuum pump and oil pump. At the same time, check if the lubricating oil level is within the normal range (usually 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil gauge).
Wear labor protection equipment: Before operation, it is necessary to correctly wear labor protection equipment, such as insulated gloves, protective goggles, etc., to ensure personal safety.
Risk identification and tool preparation: Conduct safety hazard identification and develop mitigation measures, familiarize with operational procedures. Prepare the necessary tools, such as fuel dispensers, pliers, screwdrivers, voltage testers, etc.
Power connection: Connect 380V three-phase four wire AC power from the inlet hole of the electrical control cabinet, and ensure that the control panel casing is reliably grounded. Check if all components inside the electrical control cabinet are loose and intact, then close the main power switch and check if the power indicator light is on to indicate that the power is connected.
2、 Start and Run
Trial start: Before formal operation, a trial start should be conducted to observe whether the rotation direction of motors such as vacuum pumps and oil pumps is consistent with the markings. If there are any abnormalities, they should be adjusted in a timely manner.
Vacuum pumping: Start the vacuum pump, and when the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the set value (such as -0.084Mpa) and stabilizes, stop the machine to check if the vacuum degree has decreased. If it has decreased, check if there is any air leakage at the connection part and eliminate the fault.
Oil inlet and filtration: After the vacuum degree inside the vacuum tank reaches the required level, open the oil inlet valve, and the oil will be quickly sucked into the vacuum tank. When the oil level reaches the set value of the float type liquid level controller, the solenoid valve will automatically close and stop oil injection. At this point, the oil outlet valve can be opened, the oil pump motor can be started, and the oil filter can start working continuously.
Heating and constant temperature: After the oil circulation is normal, press the electric heating start button to heat the oil. The temperature controller has pre-set the working temperature range (usually 40-80 ℃), and when the oil temperature reaches the set value, the oil filter will automatically turn off the heater; When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater will automatically start again to maintain a constant temperature of the oil.
3、 Monitoring and adjustment
Monitoring pressure gauge: During operation, the pressure gauge value of TYW high-precision oil filter should be regularly monitored to ensure that it is within the normal range. When the pressure value reaches or exceeds the set value (such as 0.4Mpa), the filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner.
Adjust flow balance: If the inlet and outlet oil flow is unbalanced, the gas-liquid balance valve can be adjusted appropriately to maintain balance. When the solenoid valve is working abnormally, the bypass valve can be opened to ensure the normal operation of the oil filter.
4、 Shutdown and Cleaning
Normal shutdown: First, turn off the TYW high-precision oil filter heater and continue supplying oil for 3-5 minutes to remove residual heat; Then close the inlet valve and vacuum pump; Open the gas-liquid equilibrium valve to release the vacuum degree; Turn off the oil pump after the vacuum tower flash evaporation tower has finished draining oil; Finally, turn off the main power and lock the control cabinet door.
Cleaning and maintenance: After shutdown, impurities and oil stains inside and outside the oil filter should be cleaned; Regularly clean or replace the filter element to ensure filtration efficiency; Check the wear of each component and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
5、 Precautions
Placement position: TYW high-precision oil filter should be placed horizontally to ensure its normal operation.
Flammable liquid handling: When handling flammable liquids such as gasoline and diesel, safety equipment such as explosion-proof motors and explosion-proof switches should be equipped.
Exception handling: If any abnormal situation is found during the operation of TYW high-precision oil filter, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
Pushing and transportation: When pushing or transporting the oil filter, the speed should not be too fast to avoid equipment damage caused by violent impact.
