Installation steps of HTC hydraulic oil filter element
1. Shut down the hydraulic system: Before installing the filter element, the main pump and power supply of the hydraulic system must be turned off to ensure that the system is in a shutdown state.
2. Drain old oil: If replacing the filter element, it is necessary to first drain the old hydraulic oil in the filter to reduce oil overflow during replacement.
3. Disassemble the old filter element: Use appropriate tools to remove the oil filter bottom cover and the old filter element, taking care to avoid oil splashing out.
4. Clean the mounting seat: Clean the bottom cover and filter mounting seat to ensure that there is no residual old oil or impurities.
5. Install new filter element: Install the new filter element onto the chassis and tighten it with a wrench to ensure a secure installation. During installation, ensure that the filter element is clean and installed in the correct direction.
6. Check the sealing: After installation, check the sealing of the filter mounting seat and bottom cover to ensure that there is no oil leakage.

Daily maintenance of HTC hydraulic oil filter element
1. Regular inspection: Regularly check the use of the filter element, including its cleanliness and blockage. If the filter element is found to be severely clogged or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. Cleaning the filter element: For washable filter elements (such as metal or copper mesh materials), regular cleaning can be carried out to extend their service life. However, it should be noted that the number of cleaning should not be too many, and the filter element should be kept clean and dust-free after cleaning. For filter cartridges made of fiberglass or filter paper materials, it is not recommended to clean them and they should be replaced with new ones directly.
3. Replace the filter element: Replace the filter element in a timely manner according to the replacement cycle of the filter element and the actual situation of the hydraulic system. In general, the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil suction filter element is every 2000 working hours, but the specific replacement cycle needs to be determined based on factors such as the material of the filter element, the quality of hydraulic oil, and the operating condition of the system.
4. Pay attention to the oil: Use hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of the hydraulic system and avoid mixing hydraulic oil of different brands and grades to prevent chemical reactions that may cause the filter element to deteriorate or be damaged.
