Daily maintenance of HTC hydraulic oil filter element
1. Regular inspection: Regularly check the use of the filter element, including its cleanliness and blockage. If the filter element is found to be severely clogged or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. Cleaning the filter element: For washable filter elements (such as metal or copper mesh materials), regular cleaning can be carried out to extend their service life. However, it should be noted that the number of cleaning should not be too many, and the filter element should be kept clean and dust-free after cleaning. For filter cartridges made of fiberglass or filter paper materials, it is not recommended to clean them and they should be replaced with new ones directly.
3. Replace the filter element: Replace the filter element in a timely manner according to the replacement cycle of the filter element and the actual situation of the hydraulic system. In general, the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil suction filter element is every 2000 working hours, but the specific replacement cycle needs to be determined based on factors such as the material of the filter element, the quality of hydraulic oil, and the operating condition of the system.
